Free Follow-up Mediations, No Charge for Travel Time
Mediation Fee Schedule:
Flat Fee: Presidio ADR charges a flat fee of $12,000 for each full day of mediation. This fee includes preparation, session, and follow-up time. It also includes free follow-up mediations.
Half-Day Rate: The rate for a half-day mediation is $7,000.

Reduced rates are available through certain court-sponsored mediation programs.
Policies:
Cancellation Policy: The mediation fee for a particular day of mediation is fully refundable until 14 calendar days prior to the scheduled date. Thereafter, Presidio ADR will issue a refund only to the extent that it is able to schedule another paying matter for the cancelled session time.
Venue & Travel: For mediations not conducted remotely, the parties must provide a venue at their cost. Presidio ADR does not charge for travel time, but will invoice the parties for travel expenses for mediations outside California and New York.
